APRIUM LLC ("Aprium", "we") provides legal services, acts as a real estate agency, rents property, trades building materials wholesale, and provides transport support, advertising and office administrative services. This policy explains how we process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Legal clients
We process information about your matter, documents you provide, and data of other parties. This information is confidential and protected by the rules of professional secrecy applicable to legal services. It is not shared with our agency or trading staff without your instruction.
3. Real estate clients
Buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants: identity documents, ownership documents, contacts, contracts and payments. Title checks use public registers. Real estate transactions require financial monitoring checks under anti-money-laundering law.
4. Property marketing
Listings and advertising show the property, not the owner. Photos are taken with the owner's permission and without personal belongings or documents visible.
5. Materials, transport and office service clients
Business contacts, orders, delivery addresses, and documents handled for clients on their instructions.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (financial monitoring, tax, registration), legitimate interests (defence of legal claims), consent (marketing).
7. Recipients
Notaries, state registrars, courts, banks, carriers, advertising platforms (property information only), tax and financial monitoring authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Legal case files: 5 years after closing.
- Real estate transaction and monitoring records: at least 5 years.
- Leases: term plus 3 years.
- Orders: as required by tax law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal and professional retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
